After having paid product fees, users are provided with products shipped directly to them, services or download link. Payment is non refundable after 1 day from purchase date, unless stated otherwise with the product or service offer. User may cancel order as long as order has not shipped or service has not been provided. In the event that an order is canceled after shipment or service is provided, user pays shipping fees to ship item back plus 15% restock fee, and refund is less original shipping fee. For services no refund shall be issued. Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the OfficialSecureCart.com website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement and Terms Of Use.

Shipping of Physical Goods
Usually shipments are UPS Ground or USPS. We will provide tracking when available. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not provide an address acceptable for Ground Shipping or USPA. Some items can be shipped US Postal, these items are subject to additional shipping fees if you provide a PO Box address.

Most products are shipped within 1-2 days.

Credit
We will not issue credit to your credit card unless the item has been returned to us after we issue you a RMA#. Damaged goods also will have to be returned after we issue you a RMA#. Once item is recieved and inspected we will issue the credit.

No credit will be provided for services already rendered.
